SHIPPING, REFUND, AND RETURN POLICY

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States only, using USPS and other reputable carriers.
Standard and Free shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your order total.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on the quantity of items:

  • $4.95 per product
  • Free shipping on orders over $75

Shipping fees may include applicable taxes and are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to evolving state regulations around hemp-derived topicals,
we do not currently ship to the following states:

Idaho, Kansas, and Nebraska, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, & Utah.

We aim to serve as many customers as legally permitted. As federal and state laws continue to evolve (including Arizona’s implementation of SB 1702 licensing standards by July 2026), we will update our shipping policy as needed to maintain full compliance.

5. RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our cosmetic-grade hemp products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions
  • Improper storage or misuse of the product

Please carefully review all product descriptions, ingredients, cautions, warnings and usage guidelines prior to purchase.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at support@jayandjayco.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will evaluate each claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
Claims received after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.

7. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances:

  • Orders lost in transit (verified by the shipping carrier)
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take
5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.
